Unfortunately, because of the holiday-season package deliveries, the beautiful gold Christmas wall decor arrived damaged. I was happy with the size, and the words are perfect for the meaning behind Christmas. I had to return it. Was it beautiful? Yes, and I would have kept it if it hadn't been damaged—a big yes.

The item was not wrapped or padded and it was in a box that wasn't padded or cushioned to protect it. It arrived broken. It's a very thin product, easy to crack, and not what I expected. The letter "Y" and a star was broken off the word JOY.
