Menora en verre fondu

It is quite beautiful, lost a star because one of the metal candle holders was not attached when it arrived but a little super glue and we are all good. Did not bother contacting the seller as it was a simple fix and would have been more effort to send it back. But focusing on the good parts it is even more attractive in person than in the pictures.

When my menorah arrived I loved how it looked. My husband said he liked it best of all of my menorahs. I used it for the first time on the eighth night. Three of the candleholders fell off luckily after the candles had burned down. I hate to think what would’ve happened if they came off while the candles were burning. I’m so disappointed because my grandsons are coming Wednesday in three days and I wanted to light the candles with them using my new menorah. My sister said good luck because Wayfair has a bad reputation of poor quality items and Customer Service. I told her I had ordered from Wayfair before and was pleased with what I bought. I don’t know if this was just a defective menorah and I could have another one sent out right away or if I should just get my money back and be sad because it is a beautiful looking menorah at a reasonable price. Please advise!
