I'm a little disappointed. This is not a true nutcracker. There is a lever on the back, but it looks like it has been glued. The front part that is supposed to move is just material. Other than that, it is of very nice quality. Sorry.

The quality of this figure's skull head was so realistic that it was somewhat "scary", for my taste. As before mentioned the quality is outstanding and will make a perfect addition to someone's collection with appreciation for similar details.

Unique nutcracker, I have never seen anything like it before. My brother is an avid collector of nutcrackers, has in excess of 100 and he will really appreciate adding this to his collection. Just received the dolls, took quick look and found the workmanship to be quite good for the price. Well thats 1 person taken care of for X-MAS. Highly recommend these nutcrackers as a different gift.
