I ordered this as an “opened box” and knew it was not returnable!! But when I got it out of the ditch from the delivery. It didn’t sound good! And when I opened the box it was packed very loosely and as I pulled it out of the box I had ceramic pieces coming out of box as I slid it onto the table. And it was cracked all around the edge!! This really upset me but now I’ve stuck with an item just to throw away!!!
