My first order, they sent me two broken pumpkins, when I called to get a replacement, I was told I had to wait 3days for the resolution team to call me in three days, I really wanted these pumpkins so the stock was low. I re-ordered them myself waiting for the resolution team to call so I could get a refund on the first order, I missed the phone call, tried to call back. There’s no way to call back so I called the regular customer service line again and was told they would have the resolution team call me in another 3 days, this is gone on now for several phone calls. I’ve never received a 2nd phone call from the resolution center, and I’m still waiting for my refund for the 1st order of broken pumpkins. Extremely dissatisfied and still waiting for the resolution team, my refund and getting increasingly more upset, absolutely ridiculous! Ended up returning the pumpkins on my own, they acknowledge the return but yet I am still waiting for the actual credit to go through almost 2 months later???? Unacceptable!!!!!

These are beautiful, well made and heavy. They looked gorgeous on my dining table and finished off our Halloween vibe!

Beautiful unique decor for Halloween that is tasteful and neutral in color. Only reason for taking off one star is there was some dents in clay maybe that’s apart of the charm and small bits of clay showing.
