Petite boîte aux lettres de Noël «Letters To Santa»

Décevant. Les lettres ne sont pas bien peinturées. Une fois les clochettes installées, il n'est plus possible d'y insérer des lettres. Dommage car il aurait pu être un beau produit :(

I wanted to love this Mailbox, and it was what I wanted to complete my holiday decor. I purchased this Mailbox and it came with letters that weren't completely painted on and some of the green leaves covered up a portion of the lettering. I emailed the seller and they told me this was how their mailboxes are made. I couldn't understand this because why would you sell a product with incomplete painted lettering and a word partially covered up. Plus, the bells cover up the word Letters. The website photos show a completely different product. I asked for an exchange and they told me all of the ones they have are made by hand and they are from the same batch and they will look similar to what I have. So, the people who make them by hand don't realize the letters aren't fully painted on? Seriously, and that's okay, let's sell them anyway? Let's make a whole batch wrong and then not fix it? The only resolve they would offer me was 25% off. Buyer beware.

Honestly the picture makes it look bigger definitely not worth 99 save your money I was so disappointed I could have gotten a bigger better one at Home Goods or T.J Max
