The product looks really nice but there is a mounting hole missing in the glass. I need to contact wayfair on next steps. Otherwise the product looks great, but surprised about the the glass not having the 4 mounting holes.

It is a very nice light. I recommend frosted bulbs if this will be placed in a bedroom because the part that is between the light and the ceiling is highly reflective and it can be quite bright if the bulb is bright and not frosted. As for the glass cover issue made in the previous comment, the key is not to tighten the screws that keep the glass in place, all the way, when you first put them in. Put the first 3 screws in loosely, enough to hold the glass, and then once all 4 screws are in, gently complete the tightening/securing of the screws. Then it will look as in the photo.
