Pot à fleurs Talavera 13 po Talavera

Beautiful planter. Is a bit smaller than I thought it would be. Arrived quickly and without damage.

This is a handsome Talavera pot, great for bushier plants with lots of foliage. I have it inside my apartment sitting on a plant stand about 10" above the floor. It makes it easier to admire the beauty of this pot.

This pot is beautiful, just what I need for my georgious cactus.

Talavera pottery is a lovely art form. It is also fragile having thinner walls than regular terracotta. The designs are intricate and beautiful to look at. This particular pottery piece had to be shipped three times to me an unbroken pottery piece. The packing was not enough for the fragile pot. The design is sloppy on this particular pot with some sections missing dots, paint partially smeared, and fully painted sections not fitting the section outline. The pot is a disappointment and is not a high enough quality to go with another piece that has the same pattern, but more accurately painted. I will not purchase more talavera from Wayfair as a result, nor will I recommend it.
