Pour le prix payé, la qualité est médiocre et je ne le recommande à personne! Les poteaux de soutien sont arrivés abîmés, peut être dans le transport! Par contre, service à la clientèle excellent.

Did not arrive compleye. Spent weeks to try to have it resolved. I still don’t have a complete product but was given a discount

Absolutely terrible. Construction is terrible and service for it is terrible. I reached out to Wayfair because I was sent two screws that were needed. Went to Lowe’s and there are no screws comparable. Wayfair sent me straight to the company who told me to go to a hardware store and they would give me 10 back for what I bought. Absolutely not!! Send me the screws that I need. Putting it together is an equally frustrating chore. The pictures are not helpful and confusing. You can’t tell what to do first, which way curtains go on etc. the screws for the bases also don’t fit. It’s like they constructed it and then sprayed paint in the holes which makes it so you can’t fit it in. The metal bent already so I know this will not make it though one summer season. Trust me. Save yourself the headache and find another vendor and another gazebo cause this ain’t it! Honestly contemplating deleting my Wayfair account after this because this is the second time I received an item and had difficulty getting quality customer service or replacement.

I would like to have given 4 stars, but have some issues. Size says 12x89 but is really 13x10. That would not be a problem if you weren't limited to where you want to place it. We had limited space, but made it work. Instructions leave something to be desired. Not very clear. All pictures. No instructions on putting on top. Had to figure that out. But, my biggest complaint is the screens. They need velcro or something to fasten them down. The top corners on the screen do not fit tight to the corner. The wind blows the screens and sides into the gazebo. I sewed velcro to the bottom corner of the screens to prevent this. Will also do the top corners. You also cannot close just one side of the outside curtains. I also will be adding more velcro to those, so I can fully open just one side.

Absolutely love this Gazebo!!! The 10’X13’ is larger and it seems much stronger than the pop-up 10’x10’ I had. Just had my husband and son assembly it, a bit challenging but it’s up and looking beautiful. Hope it holds up better and longer, will see….
