I wish you had NO stars as my rating is too high. This was ordered for a 13# dog. We have to hold onto the velcro to keep the jacket closed. Our dog is a Beagle. Very skinny, very leggy and her body length is long. Your company assumed every size fitted most. I want my money back ASAP and I will never do business with Wayfair ever again. I have spoken with what you call your customer service people on the phone. You really need to hire grown ups and young people who have phone skills.
