Extremely disappointed to find the tray insert shattered on one corner and a hole right in the center of it. A new one should be sent to me at no cost. Also, the door latches are cumbersome. Would have been better with an easier quicker latch.

Unfortunately, the crate arrived damaged Super bummed because I need for tomorrow and now Ive got to figure out return and reordering from somewhere.

Had a small issue with a broken tray. Manufacture responded quickly. Great item

Excelllent delivery even in the snow! Love the Crate. My dog loves it. Gave it a 4 only because it is definitely a 2 person job to put together and took us about 2 hours. Once together, it is beautiful and strong.

Absolutely love this crate, perfect size and sturdy! It comes with a nice fluffy pad for the bottom and is nice looking in my room!
