A major issue with the kennels are the holes drilled into the OBS board for the dowels, screws and twist holders. They were drilled out randomly to just 2-3 microns undersize/oversize on my calipers. Like the drill bits used werent chucked properly or dull from overuse. Everything was loose and had no strength to it. Some screws could thread in, others would just spin in the hole. Easily over half the screws stripped out with the lightest twist because they had nothing to grip. The dowels jiggled in their slots and more often than not the screw holders could never fully tighten dispite turning it's full rotation. The tiny, glued up fibers of the OBS board could not provide the strength for screws if the holes are the same size. Once fully put together the entire kennel felt weak and loose. The only connections that felt strong enough on its own were the machine bolts with corresponding rivet nuts. Otherwise I was genuinely forced to take both kennels apart, something you almost never, ever want to to with OBS board and put glue into every hole and seem and rebuild the kennel with tools and clamps. There's no way this should have made it out of the factory floor and makes me question the quality standards and how they're being kept along the manufacturing process. This is well within the 60 day manufacturing warranty and I believe it needs to be covered. These kennels are pretty. But, I'll never be able to use them for their full potential making it a loss for me. After contacting customer service about the issues with the kennel they offered a few options none which were a hassle free way to get replacement kennels. Eventually they could only offer a minor partial refund and I keep some defective kennels. In my honest opinion the material quality is subpar making a subpar product for a premium price. The customer service was subpar leading me to believe the quality of the company is lacking. Do yourself a favor. Get your kennels from a more reputable company like Chewy.

The kennel is beautiful and looks great as decor however it is not sturdy. If your dog spins in their kennel or has strength, they will break out of it. My Dutch shepherd bent on of the metal rods and snapped it out of the particle board. She was stuck halfway out of it. Thankfully we were home and just on our porch because she could’ve been seriously injured. Now I’m stuck with a 300 table that I can’t put my dog in.

Was quite complicated to build, took 3 different times with different people but was nicely designed and worked out well for my dog well needed!

This is an awesome crate! It was easy to put together. Took 2 people about 1.5 hours. Our pup loves it! I love it! Our living space looks and feels so much better without having a crate taking up space. It’s sturdy and stylish!

Very time consuming to assemble. By the 2nd step I had already come across one broken piece and another that was not properly constructed. I requested replacement parts but tried to assemble as much as possible without. Drill holes were not in some of the pieces therefore we had to make holes ourselves. I found that many of the pieces stripped or broke when tightening per instructions. Lack of holes on end of part #13 which obviously need them. Contacted Wayfair for replacements, apparently by request has been confirmed but have not yet received them. Hoping for their cooperation. Wish I had a better review as this was not a cheap piece of furniture.
