UPDATED: turns out this crate had powderpost beetles in the mango wood. Wayfair was quick to help resolve the issue and I took a chance on ordering it again only for the new one to have the same powderpost beetle infestation. Wayfair has refunded me for this and now I know NOT to order anything made of mango wood. Very well made pet console, but goodness it is HUGE! I knew the dimensions when I ordered it and wanted the space for my 3 small pups. I chose this one versus another more expensive one that had color options because this one specifically stated the internal divider could be removed. Thus, I saved $500 as well. My complaint is directed at Wayfair - DELIVERY of this item should have the option for WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY so that the item can not only be delivered to room of choice (which is** an option to pay for), but to have the item TAKEN OUT OF THE BOX and the DEBRIS REMOVED. It is/was absolutely ridiculous that the delivery guys brought it inside as I had paid for and then left me with a large monstrosity of delivery box that I couldn't quite get into because of the staples in the heavy cardboard. After kicking and pulling some of the cardboard away I was able to eventually use my body weight to rip the cardboard away just enough to shimmy the heavy crate OUT of the box BY MYSELF. I am a small woman, but I am strong. The average person wouldn't be able to do what I did. After A LOT of work I hauled the MONSTROSITY into the garage and I have no idea how to break the box down as regular scissors can't cut through the cardboard and I don't think regular trash pick up will contend with a box that size. I complained about this in my delivery survey. Really incredulous of WAYFAIR to not offer WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY on something of this size and weight. Fun fact - I had a Wayfair White Glove Delivery of two very expensive Joss & Main metal and glass shelves the next day and I asked that delivery team if they could take the box. They told me they didn't have space that big in their truck. SMDH.

Looks really good and appears to be well built. Heavy duty.
