My cat loves this! Lock is very good and works well as a nightstand as well.

Not happy with this dog crate My husband had to drill holes, cause they were not holes drilled in places that they should’ve been, and there was missing screws.

We received the wrong size crate and followed the return process asking for the right size but no response from the manufacturer to resolve the matter. We received one email from Wayfair asking if we wanted to keep the wrong item for a 50 discount and responded that we did not and asked for instructions on how to exchange. Nothing!

The crate I received did not match the image in link. AndExtremely disappointed. I won’t buy anything else from Tucker Murphy Pet.

Ordered on Feb 18th. Showed it sitting for almost a week, waiting for pickup. Finally received March 1st only to get the wrong size. I needed the size ordered. What was sent is too big. The customer service person argued it was the correct size. Finally, I got someone else to help. I got the replacement package, which was correct after being told it was out of stock. Issue is the 3rd party company. They dont send out the merchandise when ordered and sent the wrong size. The item is good quality and exactly what I needed once I finally got the correct item. Took almost a month.
