This cage is poorly constructed which causes lots of rattling. Also the round structure chosen for the grid is not good for pets feet as it spreads the toes and can cause issues. Also it says it has a divider included which is not true. I asked for a replacement parts as mines came without the dividers (2). So I was promised replacement parts but they did not have so they said they will send me two replacement cages and to keep the others or donate them. They only send me one replacement which also had no divider. Offered me 125 back out of 500 to keep the cages which is not worth it so I returned both. I also had to figure out a way to get the two big cages to a fed ex as I have a two door car and they tried to charge me 108 to have fed ex come pick it up. I would not recommend or order from here again with the way things played out.
