Nice and sturdy but a little difficult to put together

Where do I begin?? This cage is not only a disaster to TRY to assemble..the design is ridiculous..unless your pup never ever pees. It has like 2 billion tiny parts..and weird ones..like locking screws??? One on they are impossible to remove...and is SO difficult to figure out I had to hire a handyman to assemble. He was here over 3 hours yesterday and STILL the cage isn't assembled ! Now he has to come back today to try to finish the assembling $$$$$$ My on sale cage is turning into a major project and over $300 !!!!!! Whoever designed this cage is a moron. The cage bars go down to the flat thin flooring. If your pup pees??? The urine will flow right out of the cage and ruin your rug or flooring not to mention ruin the particle board floor piece! Insane !!! I wanted to return it but it's already 3/4 put together and like I said...try to take it apart !!! AND? Whos paying my handyman to do all of this extra work?? Not to mention...I was told there was also a shipping fee to return !!! OMG!!!!!! I LOVE Wayfair...cought many items from them but this one is garbage. I was offered a $25 refund....Great !!! SO now I've only spent $225 so far!! Seriously?? I bought another different cage at the same time...STILL in the box..I'm afraid to even open it now but if it looks as complicated as this one? I'm sealing the box and sending it back. I never had an issue with Wayfair but now? You broke my heart !!! What an annoying few weeks ! And STILL my new pup doesnt have a cage...and he's a BEAST!!! I have a little small Yorkie Maltese puppy. The size is perfect. The quality is excellent is heavy so it does not tip over. It looks very nice in my office. I would recommend this product to anyone. Definitely a five star.

Can’t figure out how to assemble. Super difficult to assemble usually don’t have a hard time. Everything was misaligned

Very well made And perfect size for my pups and as an end table. Would recommend. It is strong metal for crate part and wood top.
