I would give zero stars if I could. Product isn’t what is described. Only received one kennel instead of two. Customer service only wanted to give a 25% refund and I only received half of the product. Still fighting to get a full refund and free shipping label to send the single kennel back. I also notice the same product is being be advertised on the website so I know the problem could easily be resolved, so be cautious with purchasing with this company. I won’t be buying from them again. I’ve been in customer service many years I would never make it this hard to resolve an issue my company made. It’s not fair to penalise the guest when all they are trying to do is give you good business.
