Great product came damaged but was able to get parts to fix it

I’m confused why they don’t have a bottom or shelves of some kind. They are nice looking and easy to put together with proper tools (drill and rubber mallet). But they are tall (taller than my dining table) with no shelf inside and no bottom. So is the soil meant to just sit on my deck? They are also hot to the touch so be careful with kids and pets. I’m keeping them bc I’ve put them together and I’ll figure it out but regrettable purchase for me.

This planter is beautiful and looks to be very well made and durable. I suspect it will last through several Chicago winters. I wish I had known that there is no "bottom" to the container - as we intend to use it on a rooftop deck. This planter is meant to be placed over soil. I also wish they would provide a way to section off the lower part of the planter, so that not so much soil needs to be used. We have found other workarounds for this issue, but it has been more involved than I had hoped.

Very well made planter. Easy to assemble . Sturdy and beautiful finish.

Super easy to put together and looks gorgeous in our yard. It took forever to fill it with enough soil, but I’m excited to start planting vegetables now. I also like how it’s sleek and modern, very sturdy and modular
