Veradek Patina Series Kona Round Planter

Beautiful planter and true to size and color from its product page. I have two full sized hibiscus plants in each of my planters in my front yard. I will give a warning and say maybe put bigger rocks at the bottom to try and ward off anything getting root bound and blocking the drainage holes- but thats an issue with just about any big planter.

Broken! Pots arrive one inside the other. There is no protection only thin plastic separating them. Good luck trying to separate them one from the other. Never saw the top pot but the bottom pot is cracked in several places. Contacted Wayfair and they offered me a replacement once I sent the broken pots back. I wouldn’t take a chance again given they can’t be separated. My husband is strong and they wouldn’t budge. I wanted a refund instead. Wayfair assistant asked if I would drop the box off to Fed Ex? Does that sound like customer service? I responded absolutely not. Then, he came back with Fed ex picking it up. Okay no problem. But, when he told me I wouldn’t be reimbursed until they received the broken pots and then it would still be 3-5 days. That makes me livid. They have the pictures showing it’s broken, they will have the tracking in 2 days ( they couldn’t schedule pick up until the 15th) so for me it’s every bit of over a week and more like 2 weeks before I’m reimbursed. This lack of customer service led me to end my ties with Wayfair. I’ve spent several thousands of dollars in this last year with our new build home. Wayfair isn’t getting anymore of my money. You don’t ask customers to drop broken goods off to fedex. This wasn’t an item I changed my mind about, it’s broke! Then delay my refund until you receive the items, review them, and then submit my return. Just not acceptable customer service. Bye Wayfair!

These planters are so nice! They fit perfectly in any room and can be used both indoor or outside

The pot arrived in great condition (I ordered a single to avoid the issue of pots being stuck together). It looks beautiful holding our lime glow juniper!

These are huge, sturdy, and beautiful. Nice patina. Got them for my front porch. Now to fill them up!
