Very sturdy light. The hood finish is a nice, sturdy metal. The color is a little on the yellow side. The globe is very heavy. The lines add a subtle design and give it some character. I am very satisfied with this for my back door entryway.

I bought 2 of these for my hallway and use dimmer. I love the Edison bulbs used with them which gives an antique feel and are quite attractive
