This is a beautiful lamp. We chose it after an exhaustive search. I installed it myself and did have a problem with the instructions being inaccurate. The drawing shows part G as being user installed when it is actually pre-installed. That was confusing. The directions call for full assembly of the light before wiring. I chose to wire in and install the base and then finish assembly, which worked out fine (with a second pair of hands). I do recommend a trial assembly beforehand to get the lengths correct for screws and nipple.

I paired the flush mount and the semi flush mount in our entry hall. They look great. Note that the semi flush mount globe is very heavy, and putting it up goes much easier with 2 people. Love the up-light of the semi-flush light.

Gorgeous fixture. It was missing one of the white caps, but it wasn’t necessary for installation, so I assembled without it. It’s pretty bright for having a shade that’s not completely Opaque.
