Love this fountain! Could use better instructions so I’m adding a few tips about installation 1. Only one cord comes out of the bottom (drawing showed 2) 2. Warm plastic tube w a hair dryer to soften it for insertion 3. There is a (mostly) round plastic cap that should be placed over the reservoir tube (once you’ve snaked the power cord thru) to protect the plug from water. 4. Would recommend putting fountain together indoors. It’s tricky. Also, it weighs 40 pounds without water, so don’t add water til you get it outside and are ready to go. 5. I used clear postal tape to strap the top to the reservoir to keep it secure while moving it out of the house. 6. The cord is about 6’ long but runs the length of the base, leaving 3-4’. Plan accordingly. I placed my unit in front of a window so I could snake the cord under the window and plug it in inside (used an extension cord). 7. I added 2 copper disks to reduce algae build-up.

This is a beautiful fountain. I didn’t give it five stars because we had difficulty attaching the tube to the pump. Struggled then ended up heating the tube end with a lighter. This did the trick. Very pleased. Still love this fountain but sadly be aware it doesn’t make water noise.

It’s beautiful! Just wish it made any sort of sound….it’s completely quiet! So if you’re looking for a soothing trickling fountain sound this is not for your

People were saying the tube is too short but follow the instructions it all fits. It is not a strong water sound it’s very subtle, we like it a lot and the price is very reasonable, very classy looking Highly recommend.
