Pavillon de jardin en composite Ultrawood l 15,5 pi x P 11,5 pi Aspen

Hello all, I have been waiting since March 24th to write a review trusting Wayfair and /or Handy Assembly Service would have resolved the issues below, but they have not. The Aspen Ultrawood gazebo itself is fine and very beautiful. However, it did not provide the concrete screws needed to secure it to the concrete patio base. All of the Aspen gazebo line on Wayfair state that it can withstand 90 mile/ hour winds - this is false advertisement since it cannot do so weighing only 243.06 Pounds and UNSECURED to the base! Very dangerous, I called Wayfair numerous times and they sought to resolve the problem with the manufacturer but they said they could not find the concrete screws' item number, and neither could they and so, they both dropped the ball and left it to me, the customer to figure things out on my own. Not a good policy especially when safety and security our a major concern that if unchecked could result in SERIOUS property damage and loss of life to my home and family as well as my NEIGHBORS! Lastly, Handy Assembly Service also performed a shoddy job, with one of the three technicians leaving without finishing the job, and the others drilled screws through the wood and left them sticking out, the door would not lock ( we have children in the area, and a water-filled hot tub, which could lead to drowning!), and screens were improperly secured etc. After complaining directly to Handy, they scheduled two appointments with me to fix the problems, and then they cancelled both last-minute, and caused me to miss work and lose money for nothing. Overall I would have given them less than a star if I could, and I plan on sending one last email to Wayfair today 5/30/2019 regarding a refund Handy promised (they said via email they would refund via check w/in 5-7 days and then changed, once we inquired, to refund the credit account) but then told me I should go through Wayfair, it has been a ping-pong game with me between the two of these businesses. My family and I trust Wayfair will do the right thing and either have Handy refund me as promised or take it upon themselves to refund me. I will update this review and the one on Facebook, Instagram and Youtube once Wayfair and/or Handy have taken care of all these issues. Until then DO NOT buy this product or Handy service.
