Light was well packaged. It's very pretty and extremely bright if not on a dimmer. The description says to use 60 watt maximum bulbs, but the literature included with the chandelier states 40 watt maximum. The directions are not clear, but if you've got some experience with electrical wiring you can figure them out. Screws for the crossbar are not included. There are 32 strands of glass that need to be attached individually, which is a little time consuming but doable. I received one extra strand, which worked out well because one of the glass pieces was badly scratched. A pair of white gloves was included but they snagged so badly I ended up using rubber gloves instead. I would buy this again - it adds a nice bit of glamour and sparkle to my entry.

The light is stunning. Real glass, no plastic parts. We put it over our soaking tub for a romantic look. It delivers.
