I paid for the upgrade to Swarovski Spectra crystals. They came in a box that was dated 10/11/02 and only one crystal of ~130 was actually stamped with the spectra etching. I plan to get new crystals sent or get a refund for the fraudulent upgrade.

Incredible attention to detail. For example, rather than thin brass wires attaching the crystals, the back of the ‘wire’ is flat and the front part resembles a bow. Evocative of old world craftsmanship. Gorgeous.
