Il est vraiment très beau, à la hauteur de mes attentes. Par contre, la manette ne fonctionne pas mais je suppose que le vendeur va m’en faire parvenir une nouvelle. En attendant, je peux quand même en profiter de façon manuelle.

Belle apparence, mais le niveau de chaleur n’est pas ajustable. Le chauffage ne s’arrête pas automatiquement. Il faut l’allumer et l’éteindre manuellement.

Fireplace doesn't work. Great design. Please advise on replacement insert.

Very nice fireplace. It appears to be well Made and heavy also the heater which is only one heat setting of 1500 watts, adjustable thermostat pumps out a good heat that warms up my 200 sq foot “entry parlour” very well. The flame effect is basic but creates a nice ambiance. Perfect arrival time just before Christmas. Exactly what I was looking for with so many different styles of fireplace Wayfair has to offer and u won’t find like this anywhere at the price! point. Sadly the fireplace suffered some shooing damage. Luckily my daughter has some acrylic paints to match the color and we can touch it up. Contacted customer service and they offered a nice discount which was most helpful and to my satisfaction despite the damage. Great customer service is another reason to choose Wayfair! Thanks!!
