Very heavy, classic planters. Used outside on our front steps. Had a very snowy winter and they still look new after 6 months.

This is a very nice planter. It’s much heavier than I expected it today. The walls are very thick, but it’s very nice but didn’t really suit my purpose . I kept it anyhow.

I ordered the 25.6”square cubed black planter box, which explains why it was a lot bigger than I expected. This is very heavy, and difficult to move once placed. It’s large enough to grow a tree in! It’s well built, but did arrive with a hairline crack at the top of each corner. They promptly sent a replacement, which looks great! Because it’s a type of clay, moisture releases through it. I would guess this keeps it from getting waterlogged. It’s a great functional statement piece.

I recently purchased this substantial and sturdy planter to accommodate an 18-year-old boxwood that had outgrown its previous container. The planter is impressive in both size and weight, which makes it a robust choice for larger plants. Since it's quite heavy, we opted to roll the box next to the current container and unpack it in a temporary location, as we plan to move it to our new patio in September. However, we were disappointed to discover three noticeable cracks running down the planter upon unpacking. Given its weight, returning it would likely incur significant costs, so we made the decision to go ahead and transplant the boxwood and hope for the best. While the planter is not inexpensive and I meticulously researched various options before purchasing it, the presence of these cracks was disheartening. Overall, while the planter itself is beautiful and functional, I can't help but feel let down by the condition in which it arrived. I'd rate it 4 stars due to this issue and hope the planter holds up in the long run.
