Very lovely piece of furniture - a little difficult to assemble and not as tall as I would have liked, but very nice.

My order was received in a timely manner. The materials seem to be of good quality. The item was a little shorter than I expected it would be, but it's still a good size. It was pretty easy to assemble, but manufacturer had packaged 2 right front panels instead of a left and a right; however, when I called Wayfair Customer Service I was amazed at how quick I was able to reach a real person. He was easy to talk to and it took less than 10 minutes for him to get my replacement part ordered. He stated it would be here in less than a week. The associate was very pleasant and understanding. This was something out of their control, so I was very pleased when they took control and promptly resolved my problem. I haven't got to try the product yet, but I'm confident it will be amazing. Customer Service receives an A++ in my opinion.

This product was exactly what we were looking for. It's slim enough for the space and allows the living room to feel big while adding a cozy ambiance. The package arrived a day earlier than expected. The instructions were detailed and it was simple to put together if followed properly. So far it's been worth the money.

I absolutely love, love my fireplace! It’s my favorite piece in my whole house! I love these curtains look, the ambiance, the convenience and the fact that I get so many compliments! I love how I can have a fire any time of the year and not have the heat on!!! It’s so great! It’s small so if you want something big, do not buy this particular one. Our tv is 70” And it fits right under! I love, love this fireplace!!!
