Chip and imperfections on base

I am revising my review do to the fact the stand is in two pieces glued together. I have had this for a couple of years. Only sits on my counter top lightly used for cakes ect. Well, yesterday went to take lid off the base literally came apart? Was so disappointed. I love the stand, just wish they would of made it in all one piece? I did put gorilla glue on it hoping it will work because the old glue doesn't come off too easy. :(

Super cute! You have to be careful with it, though. The base is in two pieces, so it comes apart easily.

This beautiful cake stand is a great addition to my collection and I wish it was available in multiple colors…very pleasing to the eye.
