'Fashion' changes... we were looking for more of a chandelier fixture for the hallway. After 52 years the one we had 'died'. But we did not find one we lilked. So this flush mount was purchased after doing without light in the hall for almost a year. We are more than happy with this overhead, flush mount fixture.

Beautiful light. Put it in my living room. Very well made.

Looks great but expected a higher quality construction...it's safe but lightweight.
