These lights were very difficult to install. As a single Mom, I eventually called someone for assistance who also found difficulty. I tried to return these lamps, but because it was 2 days over the 30 day limit of returns, I am stuck with them. I wrote to WAYFAIR EXPLAINING THIS and all that I was given was the return policy.

This light is exactly what was needed in my office. It gives very adequate light and is not distracting. I am very happy with this purchase! Pros: Great price point and there was no assembly only installation.

Have this installed in my office and it is a good fixture. Was a bit crooked initially, but re-aligned with some nudging. Is a nice looking light with the white alabaster glass. Provides very good lighting.
