Be mindful of the size you order. I believe the defect may be due to how big it is and inability to stretch the canvas properly. I ordered the largest canvas size, 40x60, and had to have it replaced due to the canvas not being stretched fully, leaving loose areas along the borders. Once I received the replacement, I had the same problem AND the wood frame was dented. They offered to replace the item or give a discount and keep it. I kept it because I don’t have the time to return, or the materials to box it anymore but I won’t be using it in my home.
