Much better than the usual wire fruit baskets and gives a nice pop of color to my kitchen! Love it!

This basket is not only a practical and useful item for kitchen and dining table, but also a unique work of art. It is formed of a long patterned coil, which is tightly woven to hold its shape and resist damage. This style is typically used for fruit, since the organic material from which it is woven allows air to circulate and helps prevent over ripening of the contents. The basket also works well as a breadbasket or server for other (non-liquid) table items. It is very lightweight and can be easily carried outdoors or to a picnic with no worry about breakage. When not in use, these baskets make a lovely display, especially when filled with items such as dried flowers or holiday ornaments. They also look very dramatic when hung up as wall décor. To hang, turn the basket over and check the underside of the rim until you find the tucked-away loop. The basket we chose features several beautiful shades of blue, from a light blue to a cobalt, interspersed with white. The overall pattern is a whorl that looks like the inside of a large seashell. It is very peaceful and relaxing to look at. We are enjoying having it on our living room coffee table and have already received several compliments.

This bowl is beautiful. It’s large enough to fill with fruit which I found surprising and wonderful . It’s so pretty though I put it on my coffee table keeping it empty for now. It has the WOW factor when my friends visit as soon as they walked into the room , I kid you not they say WOW followed by it’s so beautiful or where did you get that . The color is a rich blue . Very sturdy well made . I am most pleased with this purchase.
