I finally got it mounted in a corner alcove built specifically for it during our basement remodel. I like the ambience it provides and just enough heat to knock the chill off the air down there. If you’re looking for realistic looking flames look elsewhere, but the colors selection give off a cool vibe. I still need to put the crystals in.

Love this fireplace. It warms my living room well and the fire is realistic looking. My kids love that they can change the colors. The timer is also very helpful. It was easy to install and comes out quickly if I ever wanted to repaint my wall.
