This is a good machine. 4 stars because the pin to adjust the top pad, is very hard to pull out. It’s a bit of a struggle.

Very heavy duty piece of exercise equipment. Leg extension curl can hold up to four hundred pounds of weights - allows for extreme leg lifts and curl exercises. Seat is cushioned and covered in black vinyl. Seat has multiple adjustment levels for back and positioning forward and backward. This piece of equipment is comparable to a professional gym level machine. There are no spare nuts or bolts so be aware of each piece when putting this piece together.

This leg extension work out machine is a perfect addition to your exercise space. All of the pieces were a little intimidating taking out of the box but assembly was smooth and the directions were clear. Looking at the original picture made putting the machine together easy also. One person can easily assemble in a minimal amount of time. Weights are not included. The puece is heavy sturdy. Definitely recommend adding this to your workout regimen.

It is really designed ONLY for leg extensions and leg curls. The crunches are not legit. The photos are very misleading. They depict pivot points as a solid, extended member. Very difficult to get in and out of due to the location of the handles, which do not move.
