Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. bought this for a bathroom remodel and the box was packed full of little styrofoam packing balls. Our contractor installed the faucet and when it was time to test everything , the handheld sprayer had no pressure and was just dribbling out. When the contactor took the hose and handle apart, the inside was PACKED with the styrofoam balls. it took over an hour to get them all out of the hose and sprayer.
