We were very excited to receive this pop-up canopy and took it with us. Well, we are on holidays in the Pacific Northwest (we are still away on holiday)
The canopy was easy to assemble to raise up for initial, set up and easy to lower to take down. However, with our canopy being a dark blue when underneath the extended tent, we could see sunlight coming through through a hole. it looks almost as though the tip of a scissor clipped the the place and there’s a thread hanging down that wasn’t clipped. I’ve taken pictures the best that we could do with it extended, and I’ve been large sum for you to see seeing as though this little seeing as though this whole is right at the very tip top of the canopy. There’s no doubt we will get rain dripping right through the center. We would very much like to keep using this product, but not sure what you would suggest we do with this flaw . We love the mechanics of the canopy and the fabric repels the water tremendously. We are very happy with the product overall but obviously a hole right in the centre is a little worrisome. please advise us to resolving this problem.
