I was able to build this shed by myself but would definitely be easier with 2 people. The hardest part in my opinion was assembling & installing the roof. So far I am happy with this product. Shed arrived ahead of time. It was placed on a new lot by my contractors. Unfortunately 3 of the panels were bent but the guys were able to bend them back into shape. It had to be built quickly, and they started to build the day it arrived, so there would not have been enough time to have the 3 panels replaced. There was also some hardware too but the contractors obtained what they wanted from a local hardware store.
