Pro500SS - we recently installed this hood ourselves and was ab easy install. The instructions were easy to follow. We are very satisfied with this hood. The exhaust is really good, easy to use contol panel and we like how it looks in our kitchen. We previously had a microwave hood combo and was not good. The Moen digital shower controller is a nice upgrade. We needed a controller on the opposite side of the shower from the shower head, so the water could be turned on without entering the shower. Smart Living Technology is a voicemail in Tempe, AZ that doesn't return phone calls. I ran in to multiple problems including a broken wire to the shower valve and left multiple voicemails and never get a call back. You're on your own. The directions were clearly translated from Chinese and make no sense. The shower jets have no system to fasten them to the wall. I think they are supposed to rely on the plumbing to hold them in place? I'd never know because the directions are pointless. I ended up having to silicone them in and strap them from behind. I had to solder the broken wire in the thermostat valve. The lights on the LED are programable ones that let you change color and give you all kinds of colors except a decent white light.
