This appears to be a well-made combination wall oven. We especially like the conventional oven racks and the stainless steel lining of the microwave oven. However, one aspect of the microwave design we do not care for: the edges of the door. The door edges appear "unfinished" in that they are simply metal with no edge. They appear as the designer did not finish his or her work.

My wall oven/microwave did not come with the bottom trim piece. When I tried calling wayfair, I was transferred to GE. After going through numerous call options, I continually get disconnected. I would love to give a higher rating, but poor customer service results in one star.

Satisfied with this purchase so far. Only complaint is an owner’s manual should be supplied for this costly of a purchase. I should not have to go online for manual access.
