The furniture is nice and we're happy with it. However, they delivered it to an address that is gated, and instead of calling us to let them in, they dropped all our furniture outside of the gate on the side of the road!! Very disappointed in Wayfair delivery. Never experienced anything like this before.. Jarod. Sherman, TX. Tue Jul 14 2026

Absolutely gorgeous. Very well-made. The table is very heavy. Although the installation is simple, but is not very easy. I was frustrated trying to line up with bolts into pre-drilled holes. The connection is hard metalcomb. Wendy. Claremont, CA. Thu Sep 24 2026

I bought this in the grey color, and overall, it was a fantastic purchase for my needs, and quality for the price. So given that, I am going to mark it as 5 stars. Now for putting it together...not fun. The whole set came in 2 large boxes, which, while not very heavy, due to the dimensions will make it hard to bring inside by yourself; I didn't have to deal with any stairs so I was able to just push the whole thing right into my apartment with no assistance. The instructions for assembly are confusing. I recommend taking all the large pieces and arranging them by the tiny little stickers that they have (small white circles with random letters/numbers). Some of the foam cushions did have some holes in their vacuum seals, so those were a bit harder to pull out of the chair backs. Really wish they would have came already in the covers, but I'd say do them first. I finished assembling the whole sofa by myself and then did the cushions last. It was not fun. And they aren't perfectly square, so there is a wrong and a right way to put the covers on them. Little trick though: fold the cushion in half while putting the covers on. Back to assembly...you get 2 tiny tools; a double sided wrench and a hex wrench. If you have something better, especially ratchet style...use it! If I had better tools, it would not have taken nearly as long as it did to assemble (by myself). The pieces are simply held to together by super strong plastic "clips". Definitely put them in boiling water for a bit so you can actually put them in place. I arranged my sofa as the sectional shown, opposed to "couch" and individual chairs. The glass top table was the easiest thing to put together. It does attract literally everything, and it's very visible, but I do like that it's a dark pane of glass opposed to the usual transparent. I do wish it came with a furniture cover, but I suppose that would be difficult depending on how one decides to arrange it.. Kim. Apex, NC. Wed Oct 07 2026

Love! As pictured, fairly easy to assemble once I got the hang of it. Beautiful set and I can tell the wicker will last a long time. I was a little concerned the cushions weren’t going to be thick enoughcomfy, but they expanded after a few days. Anonymous. Sat Jun 13 2026

This woven patio sofa brings a relaxed, welcoming vibe to your outdoor space while offering plenty of room to unwind. It features a steel inner frame wrapped in resin wicker, providing a balanced blend of textual character and structured support. The olefin cushion covers resist outdoor elements, ensuring your seating area stays refreshed through changing weather conditions. Deep seating and curved armrests deliver a supportive foundation that encourages long afternoons spent relaxing in the fresh air. Plus, thick foam and polyester fibre cushions create a cozy spot for up to three people to gather.

I really like this sofa. I got royal blue and it really looks great on my deck. It was packaged great and only took about 30 minutes for 2 people to assemble (the only reason you need 2 people is so one can hold pieces while the other screws them in). All the holes lined up and the parts were perfect. I really wanted a high-backed sofa so I could have my neck supported and doze more easily - and they perfectly fits the bill. I only have 2 minor issues. As another reviewer said, the fabric is scratchy. Now, it's waterproof so It's not going to be super soft but I didn't like the way it felt on my bare arms. It's also hot, which I attribute to the waterproof nature negatively affecting breathability. But, it holds the heat of the day for quite a while after the sun has set. I found the cushions to be thick, firm, and very nice otherwise. But I could slightly feel a vertical bar behind my end/back cushion and it bothers me every now and then. I am a large person but not heavier than the weight capacity of the sofa (by far) so I don't know if my discomfort had to do with my size. I did not purchase the Carolina ottomans - the ones you see in the photos are by the same company but are called Gaetanino Wicker Outdoor Ottoman - I love them. I recommend this sofa!. Lisa. Hagerstown, MD. Tue Jun 16 2026

I love the thickness and firmness of the seat cushion! Great quality of Sunbrella. Back cushion is comfortable too. Fits my chairs perfectly. My only wish is that they had these in Navy Blue. The blue I bought is pretty and looks better than my old worn out cream version sunbrella cushions that I’ve had for 10 years. I’m going to buy another one for a different chair that came with a lower quality cushion.. Cindy. Belton, MO. Sun May 17 2026

Love the chair. I had bought other pieces in the past and wanted to add the chair to the set. Assembly wasn't as easy as I had hoped. Some pieces don't completely line up, and extra screws are not provided. This is a problem when it is easy to drop a screw inside the arm of the chair with no chance of retrieval.. Kim. Schertz, TX. It is absolutely beautiful!!! Only disappointment is a few cushions are dirty with a black stain I can’t get off but I spoke to wayfair and textiles will be reaching out to me. But very sturdy heavy furniture. The color is more of a gray brown. Cushions are canvas and light oatmeal, NOT yellow. It’s just gorgeous!. Anonymous. US. Sat Jul 11 2026
