The chair is beautiful, came great, no rips no tears no damages. Love that about it. It’s very comfortable. And it was shipped fast.. However, I give it 4 stars.. because I now need a hand massage. Due to the difficulties of loosening and re-screwing the screws that was pre-screwed. the chair is halfway functional because the items shown in a photo refused to lineup… I’ve been at it for hrs. Because I hate giving up lol. But I had to, my back and hands are soar. it’s unable to operate in accordance to its description. Word of advice read the tools needed because if I did not have a toolbox as a woman, I would be screwed and needed to go buy some. At the moment I feel like the chair is not even safe. I’m gonna try to get the proper tool to loosen the screw that is stuck in its hole in order to hold the backseat rest in place. I think it would be better if this Supplier pre-assembled this chair and ship it the way it’s supposed to look even if they have to charge a little extra .. Shaneka. US. Wed Dec 17 2025

The chair didn't work out for me, but I may be too bony for it. It was very easy to set up, just plug in and go. Instructions on operating the chair are not good. Lot of fumbling around. Packed very well, delivered to inside of home. Could really use more padding in the back and seat of chair, quite painful for me to use, hence why it was returned. Wayfair made the return painless..
