This should’ve been an easy 5 stars. The quality is great for the price. The color is perfect and exactly like the pictures on site. But the assembly was one of the worst experiences ever. I am experienced at assembling furniture and this took three hours and a lot of choice words. One screw took twenty minutes because the wrench they give you is awful and the screws are all underneath. But if you have the patience it is a nice piece once you get it all together.. This is definitely a nice set. The star of the show is the wicker. It’s pretty of course but also very nice quality with a nice pliability. It doesn’t look or feel cheap and plastic-y like some wicker (real and fake). 2 minor points that made me take off a star the first is that the back cushions, while comfortable, fall downblow away with high wind... a bit more so than other sets I’ve had. I may try to find a solution with either sewing or Velcro or something like that. The second point, and I more or less knew this going into the purchase, is that the backs are low. We’re all fairly small, and it’s still quite comfortable. this set was actually much nicer than expected. Had purchased to put on our front porch and not really be used (more for visual than function) but they are comfortable and really nice in person. Love this set! I, a 58-year-old woman, put it together by myself. Some parts were a little tricky, but I did it! I suggest using a s lf-ratcheting Allen wrench. It will cut your assembly time in half, if not more. The little wrench that comes with the set works fine, but it’s very tedious tightening the screws either the wicker in the way.
