Everything is good enough. It is very sturdy. There were a couple of really annoying instructions-related mistakes I made that are obvious once you get far enough in the assembly process but not obvious when you're just following the instructions. There is a velcro thing that's not on the right side of something, and there is no way the something should be flipped because it's bolted in a specific way. Not super consequential. The biggest issue, and the reason I almost returned, is a huge gap between the headboard shelves and the top of the mattress. Like a kid's head sized gap. My kid moves all around in her sleep, and clearly a lot of kids do, hence the railing-- and it's not out of the realm of possibility that she'll get her head into this gap, so I have to stuff pillows in there to secure it.
