I do like how the cabinets look. The doors have a soft close, but the drawers do not. Out of the four boxes, one box arrived four days later and it had damaged pieces. The customer service was able to replace the pieces, however, they also arrived four days after they said they would get here. Even the replacement pieces had damaged corners, but they were usable. I absolutely love this product. The quality is better than I expected for the price! My husband put it together and gave me the following feedback: 1. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. 2. The materials were of good quality and all pieces were present. 3. A power drill isn't required but there are so many screws that it saves your hand from blisters if you use a power drill as your screwdriver. All of the holes are predrilled though. 4. Since the boxes were incredibly heavy and our bedroom is on the smaller side, we opted to take all materials out of the box in the living room to organize first. Then we put a few of the smaller pieces together before carrying them upstairs for assembly in the bedroom. 5. 90% of the assembly is a one person job but it was helpful to have another person present to assist with hanging the doors. 6. One of the knobs on the door came apart from its adhesive but was quickly remedied by using a hot glue gun. I like the product so much that I am thinking of purchasing another one.. Michele. Great system! Lots of parts since I ordered 3 separate systems for my complete closet design. Since this was my first time installing this type of system it took me quite a while to get organized and confident in how easy it really is to assemble. The direction sheets are good but general since there are so many configuration choices making the system very customizable. The (3) systems were well packaged and all arrived on 1 heavy pallet ( 16 separate boxes I believe). Unfortunately the box labels were not clearly marked as to which boxes went with which system which made trying to inventory all the parts for each system impossible. However, the components used are the same so really didn’t matter as I ultimately had all the parts I needed to complete my layout. I did recieve two incorrect 8”drawer faces that were grey in color and different style then the white color I ordered. As you can see in the photos, I completed the assembly with them so we can use the system while I wait for the (2) correct replacement drawer fronts. This closet storage system is high quality. It is made from a durable material and is very sturdy. I chose the color white. This unit has a hanging rack at the top, two drawers in the middle, and space at the bottom for boots or baskets. I recommend hanging the clothing rack an inch or two higher than the holes so the clothing does not touch the bottom. Also, one of the base pieces had holes drilled in the wrong spots. My husband was able to modify it and come up with a solution to make it work, but it was definitely a defective piece. I am taking off 1 star for that. Special tip for the drawers, install the first one at the second hole. Install the second drawer at the first hole that way they are even. Overall, great closet system.
