It isn't the highest quality, but it is nice for the price. We are using it as a side table in the dining room. It was easy to assemble. It took me about two hours to do by myself: gathering my tools, unpacking, assembling, and cleaning up. The instructions were very detailed with good diagrams. We needed to have the drawer latch on one or the drawers adjusted (there is a mechanism in place to keep from having both drawers open at the same time which would cause the furniture to tilt forward) and Wayfair handled it promptly and had someone out quickly for a quick adjustment/fix. In the attached photo, there was no way to close the gap in the bottom left while keeping the section level. Also, the knee clearance is not up to ADA standards.
