I bought this mattress once before for my son, so I knew what to expect this time. This reorder feels noticeably different from my first one: stiffer and more solid overall. This mattress is exactly what I needed! I moved into a furnished apartment with a very soft mattress. One night on this firm mattress and my back already feels so much better. I slept like a rock. It was packaged very well, and it was easy to open. It was much heavier than I was expecting (who knew mattresses were heavy?) so keep in mind you might need some help. The instructions say to give it 24-72 hours to be fully expanded, but I slept on it a few hours after I opened it, and it was still great.. Samantha. Usaf Academy, CO. Sun Sep 20 2026

The photos were before it puffed up to its full size! I absolutely think for the price this mattress is great. I ordered the above mattress on February 27th. Did not use it as I got it for my guest who arrived on June 20th. The mattress was opened right at the arrival and had plenty of time to expand. When I asked my guest how was her sleep on the mattress at the first nigh, her answer was TERRIBBLE! we discovered it that the mattress had a huge indentation right at the middle. It felt like sleeping in a big hole. I contacted Wayfair but all I got a machine to talk to. With no help at all. Since I only find out the defect after the first use, I am disappointed that I can not exchange the item nor return or get my money back which was over two hundred dollar. There should be a manufacturing warranty on it, because this is garbage and useless! A waist of money and aggravation. Don't recommend it to anyone, and the luck of help from Wayfair is zero!!!! I am very disappointed!. Miklos. Bolton, ON. Fri Jun 26 2026

Decent mattress came in a compact box which made handling easy. Instructions were clear. Deducted a point as the foam topper is thin and the coils are not pocket coils and the spring sound and feel is noticeable. Ok for our guest room but not a full time bed. Martin. Mississauga, ON.
