loved the table. but took all metal off (extension suports and extra metal feet part) - much better crude, only wood. when we need extensions, will pickup in the garage. after some months have passed....... the wood covering is just a cover, it chips and cracks - very sad, because the table is beautiful - but it won't last long years.. I missed two delivery windows because I was not aware it came with white glove service even if you didnt request it. The first table came very damaged so they sent a replacement. That also had a minor paint issue and the hinges to extend the table did not work 100 I eventually worked out a compromise with wayfair because I was not confident a 3rd table wouldnt also be damaged and I was really attached to the length of the table because I have a large dining area. Beautiful table and easy to put together. It took almost 2 months for delivery, but we got it during COVID. The only thing we didn’t like is that it came damaged on one of the corners. Beautiful table. Mine had a small scratch on the corner which I have buffed out already. The table is great but I would say that the packaging could be better. If the corner had been packed in thicker cardboard the scratch never would have happened. Also, the center expansion piece rubs when you open it wihich will eventually cause a scratch. Excellent table. The colour aligns with photos; it puts together easily - you may need an additional allen key to ensure you're tightening fully; the opening for expansion is simple and very well engineered to expand and be used, putting the expansion back is just as easy and you don't need extra storage space for a leaf as it tuck back in and out of the way. The wood is reclaimed as noticed with the old nail or screw holes which give it a rustic look. The table is solid - not heavy - but solid and stable (you may wish to add felt pads for the leg feet).
