I LOVE this chair!!! It’s very comfortable and stylish. It’s very supportive of my lower back and I like that it has different options for reclining angle. It seems very sturdy thus far and I believe it will last me many years as it’s well constructed. I’m 5’10” and weigh 240lbs and there’s still some room below my feet and beside my hips so it should work for someone a bit taller and heavier. The only possible negative is the latches for the foot bar are difficult to latch, you really have to muscle them in place. I ended up turning the chair on its side to get them in place. Thus, it might not be super easy to fold/unfold for someone with arthritis. I didn’t find it an issue though because I always keep it unfolded. Also note that it doesn’t lay completely flat so it may not be ideal for someone wanting to lay on their stomach to tan (I suppose you could lay the opposite direction with your head at the feet, but I’m not sure how comfortable that’d be).
