We don’t use a bag in the disposal hole. Just like to scarp the fish guts and carcass into a bucket to discard so the grate catches some of the fish pieces. The only mildly annoying part was removing the adhesive protective sheet from the surface. It was stubborn and left a film behind, but a little degreaser took care of it. Since then, the table has been very easy to clean. I also really appreciate the bottom shelf for storage, and one of my favorite features is the table's magnetic surface. I added a few magnetic hooks to the side, which is perfect for keeping pizza tools and other utensils within reach while I’m cooking.
